About the Organisation
St Mary's Church runs a variety of activities during the week, hosts musical events, and works in partnership with the wider community on environmental, social and interfaith activities.
They also visit care homes, hold school visits, work with bereavement, elderly, disability and faith groups and Todmorden in Bloom and other churches.
We are seeking people of any background and belief who may want to help
out regularly or occasionally.
We are an inclusive church working with the community. There are different flexible opportunities,
offering the chance to improve wellbeing, connect with others, make a difference
and grow personally and professionally (and spiritually!).

tending to the grounds, weeding and taking care of the garden.

Wednesday evenings.
SUNDAY SCHOOL VOLUNTEERS: As a family friendly church, we seek to
introduce children to the church, offering safe, engaging activities
during our Sunday morning service.
COMMUNITY CAFE VOLUNTEERS: Join our Kitchen team on Sunday mornings,
on Thursday lunchtimes or at events. Join a safe, warm space offering
food, drink and companionship.
