We are looking for a Volunteer Receptionist to join our team at Happydays. This role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors, many of whom have complex needs and challenging lifestyles.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds, offering them a friendly and supportive presence. You should be approachable, patient, and have a genuine interest in improving the lives of others. Reliability and professionalism are essential. As first point of contact for our charity, you’ll play a vital role in helping those in need. You’ll also need to be organised as it’s a busy role.
