This two-day NOCN Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering is designed to provide people with the skills, understanding and knowledge of basic food safety practices. It meets the legal basic food training requirements for people who handle food as part of their job or in a voluntary role. This qualification is crucial when working in the food industry and ensuring businesses complies with food hygiene and safety standards.

Time: 9:30am – 4:30pm
Location: Heath Campus, Halifax
Fee is £27 (which includes all exam fees), and those who receive ESA/JSA/Universal Credit or earn less than £25,000 a year can access this course for free.
