The LEVEL programme is a new partnership project between The Brunswick Centre and WomenCentre, supported by the DRIVE Partnership, to trial a new domestic abuse perpetrator behaviors change programme for LGBTQ+ people who harm their partners (current or ex), who may also be from the LGBTQ+ community.
The trail will be delivered across Calderdale and Kirklees, with staff co-located at The Brunswick Centre and WomenCentre. The majority of work will be face to face.
For this role you will be expected to have experience of:
- Working with adult victim-survivors of domestic abuse
- Case working and managing a caseload
- Multi-agency and partnership working
- Knowledge and understanding of the issues and challenges faced by people who identify as being part of the LGBTQ+ community to domestic abuse.
Hours: 21 hours per week
Salary: £26,383 – £28,477 (pro rata) actual £14,974 – £16,162
Location: Calderdale or Kirklees
Duration: to 30th April 2026
