About the Organisation
The Tuesday 2 O’ Clock Club are a community group who aims to reduce social isolation and loneliness amongst older people. We are open to anyone who wishes to meet people and improve their social life. Meeting fortnightly at our home of Ripponden Club, centrally located in the village, we run a varied programme of entertainment including quizzes, singers, trips and lots of tea and cake.
We are looking for someone who is able to support our members and introduce the activity for the session and to be our 'compere' for the afternoon, announcing future events etc.
