Overgate Hospice is an independent, local charity with a mission to ensure that our patients and those caring for them live the best possible life.
About the Organisation
Our charity shops raise vital funds to keep the hospice open. We have 16 charity shops throughout Calderdale, including specialist children’s shops - We have hundreds of volunteers who make it possible for us to serve Calderdale.
This role is based in our donations centre.
You will be accepting donations from the public, promoting Gift Aid to the donors. Sorting stock and identifying donations for online sales or auctions.

What will you get from us?
No skills required, training will be given.
Expenses reimbursed, references given and experience of a busy warehouse environment.
When do we need you?
Additional Requirements
We welcome volunteers all year round
Accessible venue although the volume of stock does mean walkways can become narrower
