Overgate Hospice is an independent, local charity with a mission to ensure that our patients and those caring for them live the best possible life.
About the Organisation
Our charity shops raise vital funds to keep the hospice open. We have 16 charity shops throughout Calderdale, including specialist children’s shops - We have hundreds of volunteers who make it possible for us to serve Calderdale.
Are you a treasure hunter at heart? Do you have a keen eye for spotting hidden gems? Overgate Hospice is seeking passionate individuals to join our eCommerce team. You will dive into the exciting world of donated goods, uncovering treasures from jewellery to vintage vinyl records then photograph and list those treasures for sale on eBay.
You will be pricing brand new stock before it is delivered to our shops throughout Calderdale to sell. You will be required to work a minimum of 2 hours either on a Tuesday or Wednesday between 9:00am and 4:00pm

No skills required, training will be given.
Expenses reimbursed, references given and experience of pricing items in a retail team.
When do we need you?

We welcome volunteers all year round
Accessible venue although the volume of stock does mean walkways can become narrower
