Looking for a unique role with a positive impact on the environment? Self-motivated, good with people and interested in working for a members’ co-operative?

POD – Calder Valley Shared Transport Limited – began its life a few months ago with the aim of providing cars for shared use in Hebden Bridge, Mytholmroyd and Todmorden. You will be responsible for ensuring the scheme runs smoothly within budget whilst giving users a positive experience. You will promote the scheme, recruit and induct new members and manage a team of volunteers. Responding to member queries and problems, sometimes out of normal working hours, will also form form an important part of your role.

Given the wide range of skills and experience required, you may wish to consider applying for the post on a job share basis.
