Theory of Change Workshops

The Violence Reduction Partnership will be holding three in-person workshop sessions later this month to support partners in understanding what a Theory of Change is, how to develop one and how to monitor the outcomes and impacts of the work that you do.

Working with ECROYS, the VRP has developed a user-friendly toolkit to support partners with theory of changes, monitoring and evaluation practices.

Developing and embedding a Theory of Change in your projects, interventions or organisations puts you in a strong position to evidence the outcomes and the impacts of your work. In turn, this evidence can put providers in a stronger position to evidence can put providers in a stronger position when applying for future funding and ensuring the efficacy of delivery in making the change they intend to.

This session will be interactive and will allow attendees to develop a Theory of Change for their own projects or organisations.

There are 2 in-person sessions on the 30th January 2025 – all details are on the links below and spaces are limited for each session.
