About the Organisation
North Halifax Partnership provides services and activities to improve personal and community health and wellbeing, primarily in North and East Halifax as well as the Lower Calder Valley, Calder and Ryburn.

We support individuals from cradle to the grave, and to carry out activities which relieve poverty and disadvantage, promote health and wellbeing, and strengthen communities.
