We have taken on board feedback from organisations as to the contents of the pack, which contains several items, including:
- A branded jute bag
- Fleece blanket
- Insulated mug
- Soup
- First aid kit
- A directory of local support information and other useful items
In return, we ask that you assist us to promote the NHS Messaging Campaign, by having conversations with your services users and by sharing any relevant information via your Social Media channels and in your newsletters (where applicable).
We will be sending you a media and comms toolkit, to help you do this. We will also expect you to fill out an online evaluation form at the end of the project, so that we can take any learning forwards for future projects.
These packs are free of charge to Calderdale organisations, and we would like to offer you the opportunity to take a stock of the packs, which we expect that you will distribute to your service users.
Would you like to order some packs?
If so, for ease of dispatch, it is better to order in multiples of 20, with 20 being the minimum order and 200 being the maximum. At the moment, there is a maximum order of 200 x packs, although there may be additional packs available, once the majority of orders have come in.
Please send your request to us by completing the online form: https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=aCR5jORMk0yZzKJPxbTEImHAGbrMAiVHtljNNF9q-GtUME80NjFERUZJM09ROExJNkhMWjQyNFMwTCQlQCN0PWcu&origin=lprLink&route=shorturl
Once we have allocated packs, you will get an email confirming receipt of your request and arrangements for collection of the packs when they become available in November.
