Triage Worker/Assistant Group Facilitator
Salary: Scale 6 £26,382 to £28,477 | Actual pro rata salary £10,695 to £11,545
Hours: 15 hours per week over 3 days
The post holder will contact women who are referred into the Calderdale counselling team, support the counselling team with the waiting list, assist the group facilitator with group delivery and support women in Calderdale reception when required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, both on the phone and in person and have experience in triage work and groupwork.

Sessional Group Facilitator
Salary: Scale SO1 £15.13 to £16.10 per hour (£17.65 to £18.48 per hour inc rolled up holiday pay at 10 min per hour worked)
Hours: 5 hours per week in term time
The post holder will facilitate and deliver two weekly groups, which will run for 5/6 weeks in term time only.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant counselling qualification, group delivery experience and some clinical experience of assessing and counselling women. You will be supporting women who have multiple and complex issues and vulnerabilities and need to have the ability to recognise potential risk and take appropriate action, when required.

Counsellor
Salary: Scale SO1 £29,189 to £31,057 full time | Actual pro rata salary £4,733 to £5,036
Hours: 6 hours per week
The post holder will be two years qualified and be able to conduct clinical assessments of clients and offer one-to-one counselling in accordance with BACP Ethical Framework.
The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting women who have multiple and complex issues and vulnerabilities and knowledge of broad areas affecting health and well-being, including domestic abuse and trauma.
